நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் ஃபஜ்ருடைய ஸுன்னத் அளவிற்கு வேறு எந்த உபரித் தொழுகைக்கும் அதிக முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுத்ததில்லை.

இதிலிருந்து சுபுஹின் முன் சுன்னத் முக்கியமானது என்பதை அறியலாம். ஆனால் சில முஸ்லிம்கள் பள்ளிவாசலில் சுபுஹூ பர்ளு தொழுகை நடக்கும் போது தாமதமாக வந்து முன் சுன்னத் தொழுது விட்டு பின்பு ஜமாத்தில் கலந்து கொள்வார்கள். ஆனால் இவ்வாறு செய்வதற்கு நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் தடை விதித்துள்ளார்கள் என்பதை பின்வரும் ஹதீஸ்களிலிருந்து அறியலாம். 
'(கடமையான) தொழுகைக்கு இகாமத் சொல்லப்பட்டு விட்டால் அந்தக் கடமையான தொழுகை தவிர வேறு தொழுகை இல்லை' என்று நபி (ஸல்) அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள்.

அப்துல்லாஹ் பின் மாலிக் (ரலி) அவர்கள் கூறியதாவது: 
சுப்ஹுத் தொழுகைக்கு இகாமத் சொல்லப்பட்ட பின் (சுப்ஹுடைய சுன்னத்) தொழுது கொண்டிருந்த ஒரு மனிதரைக் கடந்து அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) அவர்கள் சென்றார்கள். அவரிடம் அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) அவர்கள் ஏதோ சொன்னார்கள்; என்ன சொன்னார்கள் என்று எங்களுக்குத் தெரியவில்லை. தொழுது முடித்ததும் நாங்கள் அந்த மனிதரைச் சூழ்ந்துகொண்டு, "அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) அவர்கள் உம்மிடம் என்ன சொன்னார்கள்?'' என்று கேட்டோம். அவர், "உங்களில் ஒருவர் சுப்ஹுத் தொழுகையை நான்கு ரக்அத்களாக்கிவிடப் பார்க்கிறார்' என்று கூறினார்கள் என்றார். 
                                                     நூல்: முஸ்லிம் 1283 
இப்னு புஹைனா (அப்துல்லாஹ் பின் மாலிக் -ரலி) அவர்கள் கூறியதாவது: 
சுப்ஹுத் தொழுகைக்கு இகாமத் சொல்லப் பட்டது; அப்போது ஒரு மனிதர் (சுப்ஹுடைய சுன்னத்) தொழுதுகொண்டிருப்பதை அல்லாஹ் வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) அவர்கள் கண்டார்கள்; முஅத்தின் இகாமத் சொல்லிக்கொண்டிருந்தார். அப்போது அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) அவர்கள் (அந்த மனிதரிடம்), "சுப்ஹை நான்கு ரக்அத்களாகத் தொழப்போகிறீரா?'' என்று கேட்டார்கள். 
                                                   நூல்: முஸ்லிம் 1284 
அப்துல்லாஹ் பின் சர்ஜிஸ் (ரலி) அவர்கள் கூறியதாவது: 
அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) அவர்கள் வைகறைத் தொழுகை (சுப்ஹுத்) தொழுவித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தபோது ஒரு மனிதர் பள்ளி வாசலுக்குள் நுழைந்தார்; பள்ளிவாசலின் ஒரு மூலையில் (சுப்ஹுடைய சுன்னத்) இரண்டு ரக்அத்கள் தொழுதுவிட்டுப் பிறகு அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) அவர்களுடன் (தொழுகையில்) சேர்ந்துகொண்டார். அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) அவர்கள் சலாம் கொடுத்ததும், "இன்னாரே! இவ்விரு தொழுகைகளில் எதைக் கருதி வந்தீர்? நீர் தனியாகத் தொழுவதற்கா? அல்லது எம்முடன் சேர்ந்து தொழுவதற்கா?'' என்று கேட்டார்கள். 
                                               நூல்: முஸ்லிம் 1285 
அப்துல்லாஹ் பின் மாலிக் (ரலி) அவர்கள் கூறியதாவது: 
தொழுகைக்கு இகாமத் சொல்லப்பட்ட பின்னர் ஒரு மனிதர் இரண்டு ரக்அத்கள் (சுன்னத்) தொழுது கொண்டிருப்பதை அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) அவர்கள் கண்டார்கள். அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) அவர்கள் தொழுகையை முடித்ததும் மக்கள் அந்த மனிதரை சூழ்ந்துவிட்டனர். அப்போது அந்த மனிதரிடம் நபி (ஸல்) அவர்கள், சுப்ஹு (என்ன) நான்கு ரக்அத்களா? சுப்ஹு (என்ன) நான்கு ரக்அத்களா? என்று (கடிந்தவாறு) கேட்டார்கள். 
                                               நூல்: புகாரி 663 
சுபுஹின் ஜமாத் நடக்கும் போது ஜமாத் தொழுகையை தொழுது விட்டு பின்பு விடுபட்ட முன்சுன்னத்தை பின்பு தொழலாம் என்பதை பின்வரும் ஹதீஸ்களிலிருந்து அறியலாம். 
நபி (ஸல்) அவர்களுடன் நான் சுப்ஹு தொழுதேன். ஆனால் சுப்ஹுடைய (முன் சுன்னத்) இரண்டு ரக்அத்கள் நான் தொழவில்லை. எனவே நபி (ஸல்) அவர்கள் ஸலாம் சொன்ன பிறகு நான் எழுந்து (விடுபட்ட முன் சுன்னத்தான) பஜ்ருடைய இரண்டு ரக்அத்துகளைத் தொழுதேன். நபி (ஸல்) அவர்கள் என்னைப் பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருந்தார்கள். ஆனால் இதற்கு ஆட்சேபனை தெரிவிக்கவில்லை. 
                                          அறிவிப்பவர்: கைஸ் (ரலி) 
                                          நூல்: இப்னுஹிப்பான் 2471 
"இறைவனின் தூதர்(ஸல்) அவர்கள் ஒருவரை ஸுப்ஹுக்குப் பின் இரண்டு ரக்அத்கள் தொழக் கண்டார்கள். அப்போது அவர்கள், "ஸுப்ஹுத் தொழுகை இரண்டு ரக்அத்கள்" என்று சொன்னார்கள். அதற்கவர், "ஸுப்ஹுக்கு முந்திய இரண்டு ரக்அத்களைத் தொழவில்லை. அவ்விரண்டையும் இப்போது தொழுதேன்" என்று பதிலளித்ததும் நபி (ஸல்) அவர்கள் மவுனமாகி விட்டார்கள்."

1991  மே மாதம் 21 ஆம் நாள், முன்னாள் பாரதப் பிரதமர் ராஜீவ் காந்தி ஸ்ரீபெரும்புதூரில் நடைபெற்ற தேர்தல் பிரச்சார பொதுக்கூட்டத்தில் கலந்து கொள்ள வந்தபோது படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்டார். இது தொடர்பான வழக்கில் இறுதியாக  உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் நளினி,  முருகன், சாந்தன், பேரறிவாளன்  ஆகிய நான்கு பேருக்கும் தூக்கு தண்டனையை உறுதி செய்தது.   மேற்கண்ட தூக்கு தண்டனை கைதிகள் தமிழக ஆளுநருக்கு கருணை மனுக்களை சமர்ப்பித்தார்கள். முதலில் இவர்களின் கருணை மனு ஆளுனரால் நிராகரிக்கப்பட்டு, பின்னர் தூக்கு தண்டனை கைதிகள் சென்னை உயர்நீதி மன்றத்தில் இது தொடர்பாக வழக்குகள் தொடுத்தனர். இந்த வழக்குகளை விசாரித்த சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றம், 25.11.1999 அன்று வழங்கிய தீர்ப்பில், மனுதாரர்கள் தொடுத்த வழக்குகளை ஏற்று கருணை மனுக்களை நிராகரித்த ஆளுநரின் ஆணையை தள்ளுபடி செய்து, அமைச்சரவையின் ஆலோசனையைப் பெற்று புதிய ஆணை வழங்குமாறு அறிவுறுத்தியது. 

உலகம் முழுவதிலும் கேம்ப்ரிட்ஜ் IGCSE தேர்வு முறையைப் பின்பற்றும்  நூற்றுக்கும் மேற்பட்ட நாடுகள் பங்கு பெற்ற ஏறத்தாழ 2000 பள்ளிகளின் மாணவ-மாணவியர்களிலிருந்து தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட பதின்மருள் ஒருவராகக் கல்வியில் வாகை சூடுவது என்பது - அதிலும் "அ" தாரகை(A Star) ஆக ஜொலிப்பதென்பது - சாதாரணச் செயலன்று. இந்த அசாதாரண சாதனையை, நாகை மாவட்டம் திட்டச்சேரியைச் சேர்ந்த செல்வி சல்மா புரிந்திருக்கிறார்.

அவுஸ்திரேலியாவில் நியூ சவுத்வேல்ஸ் மாகாணத்தில் சமீபத்தில் புதிய சட்டம் ஒன்று இயற்றப்பட உள்ளது.

அதன்படி பொலிசாரின் சோதனையின் போது வாகனம் ஓட்டுபவர்கள் பர்தா, ஹெல்மட்கள், முகமூடிகள், முகத்தை மூடி இருக்கும் திரை சீலைகள் போன்றவற்றை அகற்ற வேண்டும்.
